The Great Wall of China is one of the greatest wonders of the world. It snakes approximately 13,170 miles (21,196 kilometres) from the east to the west of China. It’s over 2000 years old and unfortunately, many sections of it have now disappeared.

What we did
We visited the Great Wall as part of an organised trip arranged via our hotel. It was another unforgettable experience; one of the thousands that we had on this trip.
I had no idea how steep the Great Wall of China was. In places, it felt like you were almost having to crawl up it, it was so steep.
At least you know you’ll never get lost on the Great Wall 🙂
