A short video of our room in the Nylon Hotel, Mandalay, Myanmar.
It’s a great little hotel in the heart of Mandalay. We stayed there for 3 nights back in April 2019 and really enjoyed ourselves. We paid £33 for both of us including breakfast. We had a twin room on the top floor and had a great view across the city from our rooftop balcony. I was even able to climb right onto the top of the hotel to get an even better view. (see my other video).
A buffet-style breakfast was included which consisted of a mix of continental and Burmese food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are several local shops nearby and an ATM or two which is handy. There are also some fantastic restaurants nearby.
I can highly recommend staying here.
